Experienced leader with proven ability to manage and develop geographically distributed AR teams across global time zones.
Skilled in driving operational improvements, automation, and digital transformation within high-volume or semiconductor/manufacturing environments.
Effective cross-functional collaborator with Finance, FP&A, Sales, Treasury, Operations, and Customer Service in matrixed organizations to optimize cash flow and forecasts.
