Lead and execute global material compliance processes ensuring suppliers and plants adhere to RoHS, REACH, Prop 65, EU WFD, TSCA, and Conflict Minerals regulations.
Manage supplier onboarding, compliance campaigns, data collection via third-party platforms, and certification issuance to customers.

Travel: Occasional travel as required; English proficiency mandatory.
Experienced in managing complex global supplier ecosystems and driving material compliance initiatives across multiple regions.
Strong skills in negotiation, supplier management, and influencing cross-functional global teams to align with compliance objectives.
Operationally skilled in project management, audit leadership, and continuous process improvement within regulated industrial manufacturing environments.
