Lead FP&A efforts supporting all business lines and company operations, providing data-driven financial and operational analyses for strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs), including budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc executive summaries.
Manage financial operations including cost center coordination, process automation, and maintaining finance systems like Workday and Adaptive Insights.
4-6 years of finance experience in corporate finance (FP&A), investment banking, or a related finance role with extensive financial modeling experience.
Chartered Accountant/CPA or MBA or Master’s degree in Business is required.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and preferably with financial reporting tools such as Adaptive Insights, Power BI, or Tableau.
Reliable high-speed broadband internet (minimum 50 Mbps) and ability to set up wired home network for remote work.
Experienced finance professional from a structured training/development program, preferably with Big 4 exposure.
Skilled in strategic finance partnering and capable of translating financial insights into business recommendations in a growth-driven environment.
Comfortable working cross-functionally across departments and managing multiple projects with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
