Lead and support Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) activities across IT Security, AI Risk Management, and Cloud Security domains.
Develop, maintain, and review security policies, standards, procedures, and control documentation for regulatory, contractual, and organizational compliance.
Coordinate with global teams to support certification and audit readiness (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 42001), conduct security control assessments, and maintain GRC dashboards and risk metrics.
10+ years of experience in IT Security, Cyber Risk, or GRC roles.
Hands-on experience with IT and Cloud Risk Management programs; knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP cloud security.
Familiarity with AI governance frameworks (ISO 42001, EU AI Act) and security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF).
Location: Gurgaon, India (Bld 14 IT SEZ Unit 1, 17th C & D and Gd Flr D); Full time role.
Experienced individual contributor with strong expertise in IT Security GRC and emerging AI risk governance.
Capable of working cross-functionally and globally to align security initiatives with recognized standards and frameworks.
Detail-oriented and analytical with proven skills in documentation, risk assessment, audit preparation, and reporting.
