Manage the complete hardware order lifecycle from order creation to delivery confirmation, processing approximately 1,200 orders per month in a 24x5 multi-shift environment.
Conduct thorough trade and compliance reviews ensuring all shipments meet global customs regulations and internal policies, including handling dangerous and hazardous goods.
Act as a shift anchor and subject matter expert (SME) for trade compliance, owning exceptions, customs escalations, classification rulings, and maintaining quality standards across shifts.
2–6+ years of experience in order management, trade compliance, or supply-chain operations.
Strong understanding of global customs documentation, HS classifications, ECCN, Incoterms, and Importer/Exporter of Record liabilities.
Proven experience working in a global 24x5 multi-shift environment with rigorous ticket handover and documentation practices.
Hands-on experience with SAP order-to-cash and procurement platforms.
Comfortable managing complex, compliance-sensitive hardware orders within a global enterprise supply chain operation.
Experienced in handling dangerous goods shipments with relevant certifications or practical expertise, particularly in Lithium Battery regulations.
Capable of operating as a shift anchor with ownership of trade compliance escalations, process quality, and coordination across multiple teams to ensure continuous hardware shipment flow.
