Working knowledge of Agile and SDLC methodologies, Excel data analysis, and basic understanding of AI/GenAI concepts and governance.
Demonstrates ability to independently manage assigned deliverables and balance structured business analysis with delivery support for well-defined workstreams.
Proficient at building productive relationships across business and technology teams, translating complex business processes into practical and clear requirements and solutions.
Experience with financial services, employee benefit plans, digital automation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), and familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance in process improvement contexts.
