Configure and support SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) processes including Preventive & Corrective Maintenance, Work Orders, and Maintenance Planning on SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
Lead client discussions, gather business requirements, design solutions, prepare documentation, and support testing, go-live, and end-user training for SAP PM implementations and rollouts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, EAM, QM, PP, FICO, ABAP) and mentor team members based on experience level.
4-8 years of relevant SAP PM consulting experience with at least one end-to-end SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, or support project.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or MBA.
Experience with SAP Project Management (SAP PS) preferred; SAP PM certification is an added advantage.
Location: Pan India; Work model: Hybrid (project-dependent).
Experienced in SAP Plant Maintenance with strong understanding of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) processes and practical SAP PM configuration skills.
Able to manage client communications and lead discussions while collaborating across multiple SAP modules.
Comfortable working on large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and mentoring junior members in a consulting environment.
