Fluent in written and spoken English with proven experience supporting US-based customers and working during US Pacific business hours (9:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST).
Work Hours and Location: 9:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday), hybrid schedule with 3 nights in office and 2 nights remote.
Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI), low-volume production, or rapid prototyping programs.
Familiarity or certification in project management (PMP preferred) and strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, operations environment with high standards and tight deadlines.
