Detailed process-oriented operator with a strong focus on accuracy, controls, testing, business rules, and stakeholder alignment in complex delivery environments.
Familiar with automation, AI/GenAI concepts (including responsible use and validation), Agile methodologies, and tools like Jira, Confluence, and business intelligence/reporting solutions.
