Serve as the functional expert for General Ledger accounting within SAP S/4HANA environment.
Support and execute testing cycles including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for S/4HANA GL configuration.
Document processes, ensure compliance with ledger-based accounting standards (IFRS and Local GAAP), and develop Power BI dashboards for process transparency and tracking.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in relevant field.
Educational qualifications: CA, CMA, MBA Finance (non-correspondence), or equivalent accounting/financial management certifications.
Mandatory skills include proficiency in SAP FI - General Ledger accounting, understanding of financial close processes, parallel accounting, ledgers, document splitting, and universal journal concepts.
Proficient communication, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills are required.
Experienced in managing end-to-end General Ledger configurations and migrations from SAP R3 to S/4HANA in a matrix, cross-functional environment.
