Own day-to-day financial planning and analysis activities including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for People Cost pillar within the Global FP&A team.
Collaborate closely with regional finance, business leads, and cost centre owners globally to provide detailed P&L deep dives and actionable insights to senior leadership (Group CFO, COO, segment/product leads).
Drive enhancements in reporting processes, system automation (Workday/Adaptive), data cleansing, and standardization across multiple global stakeholders to support decision making.
2-12 years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience (exact requirement depends on seniority level).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI knowledge is advantageous.
Experience or knowledge of Workday/Adaptive Planning preferred.
Work Experience Required: 2-12 years FP&A (depending on role level).
Experienced finance professional comfortable managing large datasets and analyzing detailed financials in a global, fast-growth financial services environment.
Operates with end-to-end ownership mindset; can work under pressure managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
Familiar with FP&A systems like Workday/Adaptive Planning and capable of contributing to system/process improvements and automation initiatives.
