Manage and optimize Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms, including workflows, APIs, integrations, and reporting.
Implement automations and investigate AI applications to enhance cybersecurity, privacy compliance, access governance, and audit readiness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Audit, Cybersecurity, IAM, Technology) to ensure adherence to data protection laws, policies, and risk management frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or Business Administration.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Compliance, or Information Technology.
Knowledge of data protection laws such as EU-GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and standards like PCI, PII, PHI, and Risk Management Framework (RMF).
Preferred: compliance certifications (e.g., CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, PCIP, QSA, CISA).
Experienced in managing and improving GRC and IAM technology platforms with integration and automation skills, including API implementation.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity, privacy compliance, and related legal/regulatory frameworks applicable globally, including the information/system lifecycle management.
Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and translate regulatory requirements into operational compliance and risk solutions.
