Deep subject matter expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, SPM, and GRC with fluency in third-party integrations (Integration Hub, REST APIs, JDBC).
Strong technical skills including ServiceNow, JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, and Bootstrap, capable of quickly mastering new technologies.
Experienced in independently managing priorities and deadlines, with strong mentoring and communication skills suitable for fast-paced, collaborative environments.
