Own end-to-end delivery of high quality, timely group, management, and statutory financial reporting ensuring compliance with IFRS and local statutory regulations.
Ensure balance sheet integrity and perform reconciliations to safeguard assets and resolve ageing balances, supporting the business's efficient resource use.
Supervise Reporting Accountants, lead annual appraisals, liaise with auditors and authorities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce compliance risk and improve service.
Post Graduate degree (M.Com / MBA / Part Qualified Accountant e.g ACA / ACCA / CA / CPA / CMA or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years of work experience in global accounting practice or industry.

Experienced accountant with expertise in IFRS and global statutory financial reporting, ideally in Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals sector.
Demonstrates decisive problem-solving ability on technical and judgemental accounting transactions with capability to escalate issues when appropriate.
Experienced in team leadership, cross-functional collaboration with transactional accounting teams, and interacting with auditors and regulatory bodies.
