Serve as the primary liaison between Lines of Business (LOB) and the Enterprise Data Office, ensuring data is governed, trusted, and usable at scale.
Develop, implement, and maintain firm-wide data standards, governance practices, and strategies to improve data quality and enterprise data adoption.
Facilitate data-driven solutions and the transition from legacy systems to governed enterprise datasets; conduct root cause analyses and align data governance with business priorities.
5–8 years of experience in data management, data governance, analytics, or related discipline.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Data, Technology, Business, or related fields.
Experience supporting data and analytics initiatives within a Line of Business (LOB) preferred.
Work Shift Timings: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and align competing priorities across business and data teams.
Strong understanding and practical experience with data governance frameworks, including data quality, metadata management, and stewardship.
Experience working in or collaborating closely with Lines of Business on data and analytics projects, driving enterprise data adoption and best practices.
