Develop and enhance vehicle diagnostic procedures encompassing programming, configuration, adaptation, and remote diagnostics.
Test, validate, and document diagnostic procedures and ECU functions including flashing, coding, and commissioning control units with analysis of simulation and real test results.
Conduct information research and maintain technical documentation and status reporting for diagnostic content and vehicle service procedures.
Strong knowledge of Gasoline, Diesel, Comfort & Safety vehicle systems with detailed understanding of sensors and actuators.
Hands-on experience in vehicle troubleshooting using diagnostic tools and testers, including knowledge of Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC).
Basic programming knowledge (ideally C#) and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Educational qualification: B.E/B. Tech or M.E/M. Tech in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Technology, or comparable field.
Experienced in vehicle repair and maintenance with capability to author diagnostic content and procedures.
Familiar with ECU programming, flashing, and diagnostic content authoring tools such as GRADE-X and DiagStudio ODX Editor is advantageous.
Strong communication skills in English for effective stakeholder engagement; proficiency in German is a plus but not mandatory.
