Serve as a key liaison between onsite Business Analyst, customer stakeholders, and offshore teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.

Capable of collaborating across cross-functional teams including developers, testers, architects, and SMEs to deliver compliant solutions aligned with healthcare industry standards.
Skilled in using Agile management tools (Azure DevOps, JIRA), documenting clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and driving UAT and change management processes.
