Provide Level 1 production support for Treasury and financial applications such as Summit and Quantum, including batch job monitoring and incident management within SLA timelines.
Execute, monitor, and troubleshoot batch jobs, UNIX/Linux shell scripts, SQL queries, Oracle stored procedures, and CRON job scheduling.
Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams during production issues and support application releases, deployments, and routine operational activities.
3 to 7 years of production support experience, preferably in banking, treasury, or capital markets.
Hands-on technical skills in UNIX/Linux shell scripting, SQL, Oracle Database, batch monitoring, and job scheduling.
Experience with incident management and ticketing tools such as JIRA, Remedy, or equivalents.
Work location: Bengaluru (Sarjapur) with hybrid model; 24x7 rotational shifts (3 days WFO Tuesday to Thursday).
Experience supporting Treasury financial platforms like Summit and Quantum with deep understanding of overnight batch processing and financial transaction workflows.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities demonstrated by incident management and batch job execution in financial services environments.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management practices, enabling effective coordination across teams during production issues.
