Own the Execution to Custody (E2C) product lifecycle including vision, roadmap, delivery, and operational readiness across trade lifecycle.
Serve as E2C subject matter expert supporting client onboarding, issue resolution, and coordination between Product, Operations, Technology, and Sales.
Drive product enhancements leveraging data analytics, digital technologies, and AI to improve client experience, operational efficiency, and compliance with market/regulatory changes such as T+1.
Work Experience Required: Proven experience in custody, transaction management, or post-trade lifecycle focused on Execution to Custody processes.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; exceptional candidates with equivalent skills/experience considered.
Strong understanding of operational processes, technology platforms, client servicing models, and regulatory/market structure changes implementation experience.
Demonstrated expertise or ability to rapidly develop deep domain knowledge in custody and post-trade lifecycle is mandatory.
Experienced in global, multi-functional environments with stakeholder management across Product, Operations, Technology, and Sales teams.
Strong digital and data analytics proficiency with an AI-first mindset to integrate emerging technologies into product innovation and operational improvements.
Commercially astute with ability to translate data-driven insights into strategic product direction supporting client value propositions and scalability.
