Coordinate BIM activities and ensure alignment between Client's BIM agency, design consultants, and general contractor across large-scale commercial/mixed-use projects.
Manage BIM deliverable schedules, drawing delivery processes, and ensure compliance with BIM protocols including ISO 19650 standards.
Serve as the primary BIM liaison, facilitate multi-party coordination meetings, and provide BIM quality assurance and process optimization throughout project lifecycle.
10-12 years of experience specifically in BIM management and coordination roles.
Educational qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Mandatory technical skills: BIM coordination software Navisworks Manage/Freedom, BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and experience with Common Data Environment platforms.
Location requirement: On-site position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Experienced in managing multi-stakeholder BIM coordination and collaboration on large-scale commercial or mixed-use real estate projects.
Familiar with BIM Execution Plans and compliance standards such as ISO 19650, capable of enforcing BIM governance and quality assurance.
Able to operate effectively as a central coordination hub interfacing with clients, design teams, and contractors to resolve conflicts and streamline BIM processes.
