Own the architecture and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail & Commerce ERP solutions for Caterpillar dealers, specializing in Retail & Commerce with Finance as a supporting domain.
Lead end-to-end D365 implementations, including design, configuration, integration (Dual Write, Dataverse, APIs) and release management across multiple environments (Dev, UAT, Prod).

Bachelor’s degree in Retail, Commerce, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent experience; relevant Microsoft certifications preferred (MB-320, MB-330, MB-920).
Experienced Product Owner or Lead with end-to-end knowledge of retail operations including POS, promotions, loyalty programs, pricing, and order fulfillment focused on industrial or dealer retail environments.
Proven ability to manage technical and functional integration across multiple enterprise systems and data migration with strong analytical and reporting skills (Power BI, Dynamics dashboards).
Comfortable leading Agile teams and prioritizing backlogs, demonstrating strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
