Lead and own architecture decisions and technical delivery of a high-scale customer data platform using Twilio Segment CDP for a major digital consumer business.
Translate business and marketing use cases into scalable data and identity patterns, guide multi-disciplinary engineering teams through implementation, and coordinate with senior stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Data Engineering, Architecture, Privacy, and Security.

Proficiency in Twilio Segment Connections, Protocols, Unify, Snowflake architecture and SQL, Kafka or equivalent event streaming, JavaScript/TypeScript, plus at least one backend language such as Python, Java, or Go.
Experienced in designing and delivering complex customer data platforms with strong expertise in identity resolution and real-time data ingestion patterns.
Able to lead client-facing consulting sessions including discovery, workshops, risk management, and stakeholder alignment with senior business and technical teams.
Proven track record of hands-on delivery, architecture storytelling, mentoring engineers, and maintaining quality in distributed engineering environments with knowledge of privacy regulations and data security best practices.
