3-9 years of work experience delivering Data and AI solutions in strategy, technology consulting, or analytics firms focused on banking or financial services.
Experience in data integration, governance, data science, AI concepts, and delivery of technical solutions throughout software lifecycle.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; knowledge of SQL, Oracle, Python, and data visualization tools (PowerBI, QLIK, Tableau) is good-to-have.
Proven ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and lead client workshops in the banking data and AI domain.
Experience operating in cross-cultural, dynamic consulting environments delivering both strategy and technical solutions.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving approach with demonstrated experience in managing project delivery and pre-sales activities in Data & AI for banking clients.
