Manage and support private-cloud Apache Airflow deployments for a small number of strategic customers, ensuring optimal value from Astronomer’s platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve Kubernetes-based infrastructure issues related to networking, databases, and critical services in customer on-prem environments.
Drive incident management, root cause analysis, monitor and automate health checks, and serve as liaison between customers and Astronomer’s product team for feedback and improvements.
3-5 years of industry experience.
2+ years of hands-on Kubernetes experience.
Strong working experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Must work hybrid with at least 3 days per week in Hyderabad office.
Experience with Apache Airflow in production or strong familiarity with Airflow and Astronomer’s products.
Operational expertise in managing and troubleshooting Linux/Unix systems, networking, and microservices architectures in on-prem and cloud settings.
Comfortable engaging directly with strategic customers through multiple communication channels to solve complex technical problems and deliver value.
