Own and provide 3rd line support and operational maintenance for RM Connectivity network and associated broadband products, including technical leadership during major incidents.
Identify and implement improvements to Connectivity Services for enhanced customer service, operational efficiency, and business growth.

Minimum 10+ years of experience in Networking with at least 5 years in RM Broadband environment.
In-depth technical knowledge of connectivity products (DSL, Leased Lines), WAN technologies, MPLS, Juniper/Cisco routing & switching, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and network security.
Required certifications: JNCIP or CCNP or equivalent knowledge.
Experience with ISP Linux environments and open-source monitoring tools (Icinga, Grafana, Prometheus).
Experienced networking professional with background in ISP or large enterprise infrastructure operations, capable of technical troubleshooting and incident management.
Proven ability to lead technical teams, deliver training, and drive process improvements in multi-location operations (UK and India).
Familiarity with broadband internet products and operational excellence in compliance-driven environments.
