Own end-to-end project delivery for Radar, Electronic Warfare (EW), and Communications projects ensuring timely, on-scope, and within-budget outcomes.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams of 4-12 members including Product Leads, Developers, and SMEs to achieve project milestones.
Manage customer relationships through regular communication and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably Electronics and Communications Engineering.
3 to 4 years of experience working in the Defence segment, with technical knowledge of Radar, EW, or Communications systems preferred.
Strong project management skills including planning, budgeting, execution, and team leadership.
Location requirement: Hyderabad or Bangalore based (explicit in the role description).
Experienced in managing complex, technology-driven defense projects involving Radar, EW, or Communications domains.
Capable of leading medium-sized multidisciplinary teams with strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
