Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Global Payments projects including cross-border payments, multi-currency accounts, payment rails, FX, and treasury from initiation to go-live and benefits realization.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and maintain detailed tracking and governance according to EPMO standards, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.
Serve as primary contact for sponsors, stakeholders, banking partners, and vendors; provide clear status reporting and present to senior leadership including ExCo as required.
7+ years of experience leading delivery on complex, cross-functional projects in payments, transaction banking, or financial services.
Strong knowledge of payments lifecycle and payment rails such as SWIFT, SEPA, Faster Payments, RTP, ACH.
Experience with regulatory and operational change in payments (e.g., AML/KYC, sanctions screening, PSD2, ISO 20022).
Experience with PM governance and tools including Jira.
Deep domain expertise in international payments and strong stakeholder leadership with proven ability to manage large teams (up to 70 people) and senior stakeholder engagement.
Experienced presenter to senior leadership and ExCo, adept at tailored communication and escalation.
Experience delivering projects in a fast-scaling, modern payments environment, with knowledge of payment platforms, integrations, transaction-monitoring or financial crime tooling is a plus.
