Manage a small portfolio of strategic private-cloud customer accounts to maximize value from Astronomer’s Apache Airflow-based offerings.
Support installation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of customers’ on-premise Astronomer Private Cloud infrastructure focused on Kubernetes, networking, and databases to ensure high availability and performance.
Drive incident management including root cause analysis, automation for monitoring, and relay customer feedback to the Product team for continuous improvement.
3-5 years of industry experience including at least 2 years hands-on Kubernetes experience.
Strong working knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems and networking troubleshooting skills.
Advanced experience with at least one major Cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Work Location: Hybrid model requiring minimum 3 days/week at Hyderabad office.
Experienced in microservices or service-oriented architectures and comfortable with customer interactions over varied communication channels.
Technically proficient in Kubernetes-based private cloud infrastructure and able to independently resolve complex infrastructure issues.
Customer-focused engineer able to bridge technical support and product feedback loops to improve the solution and customer experience.
