Technical Lead ERP

Own end-to-end technical delivery for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Business Central (BC), including extensions, customizations, integrations, data migration, and performance optimization.

Manage support and enhancement queues to SLA, handling triage, root cause analysis, fixes, and prevention for F&O/BC environments.

Lead presales technical support, ERP practice building, ALM and DevOps pipeline management, and mentor team members; also responsible for architecture and release management of F&O and BC-based products.

7-12 years in Microsoft ERP with at least 5 years hands-on experience in D365 F&O (X++, extensions framework) and/or Business Central (AL) with delivery on both stacks.

Completed at least two full-lifecycle D365 F&O or BC implementations in hands-on technical roles covering design through go-live and hypercare.

Strong experience with data migration (DMF/configuration packages), integration patterns (OData, custom services, Azure Integration Services), and performance troubleshooting.

Proficient with Azure DevOps-based ALM including source control, build automation, deployment pipelines for F&O and BC; experience in support/AMS engagements to SLA with client communication.

Experienced technical lead capable of managing end-to-end ERP delivery and support with strong domain expertise in both D365 F&O and Business Central stacks.

Comfortable in client-facing roles including presales and support communications, demonstrating clear technical decision articulation and leadership.

Proficient in implementing and scaling Azure DevOps ALM processes and leading ERP practice standards and product architecture initiatives.
