Develop and evolve the Elastic-based telemetry platform to provide end-to-end observability across logs, metrics, traces, dashboards, and alerting for infrastructure, cloud services, and business applications.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to establish instrumentation standards, enhance observability capabilities, and enable proactive monitoring and incident response.
Optimize telemetry data pipelines including onboarding, parsing, enrichment, retention, and ensure platform adoption through documentation and runbooks.
Experience with observability, monitoring, telemetry, or platform engineering in production environments.
Hands-on experience with Elastic Stack components (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Elastic Agent, Logstash, Beats, Elastic APM).
Experience in cloud, infrastructure, containerized, or distributed application environments.
Work Location: Required onsite presence at Katowice office 3 times per week.
Proficient in designing scalable observability solutions using Elastic Stack within complex, distributed infrastructure or cloud environments.
Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with DevOps, operations, and engineering teams to implement instrumentation standards and observability best practices.
Skilled in scripting or automation (Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible) to optimize telemetry pipelines and platform operations.
