Metro Bangalore posting but specialized ROS/SLAM robotics requirements limit applicant pool to moderate competition.
Specialized robotics, SLAM, and ROS skills transfer poorly across unrelated industries, so background sensitivity is high.
Requires mandatory robotics domain experience and specific tech stack (C++, Python, ROS/ROS2), increasing filter strictness.

Debug complex runtime issues and drive architectural decisions for AMR software components deployed at scale.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to field testing and production-level deployment of autonomous robotic systems.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
Strong proficiency in C++ and Python programming with clean, efficient, maintainable code.
Hands-on experience with ROS / ROS2 and Ubuntu/Linux development environments.
Demonstrable real-world robotics experience; building an actual robot is a significant plus.
Experienced in shipping significant modules related to navigation, SLAM, or controls in robotics software at production scale.
Able to independently debug complex issues end-to-end and contribute to architectural decisions within a cross-functional, fast-paced team environment.
Comfortable working on-site for robot deployments and collaborating with hardware, software, and product teams across geographies.
