Experienced in integrating automated release workflows in collaboration with Release Managers and multiple technical teams (Application, Platform, DevOps).
Comfortable working in shift-based support and managing complex enterprise-level release lifecycles under compliance and audit requirements.
Familiar with banking domain change and release management processes, with knowledge of ITIL considered a plus.
