Experience operating in a complex, regulated environment such as banking or financial services, with strong understanding of ITIL processes as a plus.
Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams (Release Managers, DevOps, Platform, Application teams) integrating automated workflows in enterprise release lifecycles.
Capability to manage cloud-native technologies, container orchestration, security compliance scans, and apply AI-driven automation concepts for improving release reliability and efficiency.
