Experienced in building and operationalizing AI applications in complex HR technology environments with multiple enterprise SaaS platforms.
Comfortable working on both backend and frontend components with strong software engineering discipline and observability practices for AI systems.
Able to bridge technical and non-technical teams by translating AI use cases into practical implementations aligned with business goals and ethical AI standards.
