Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration.
Knowledge of program management methodologies and tools; exposure to Prince2, PMP, or Agile preferred.

Prior experience delivering change in Financial Markets / Investment Banking industry; practical use of AI tools for business problem solving.
Experienced in structured change delivery with capability to support governance and project monitoring effectively within complex financial services projects.
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and delivering timely, accurate project information to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Proficient in leveraging technology and AI to improve project workflows, demonstrating critical judgment and ethical use of data outputs.
