Perform investment performance calculations and variance analysis across Equity, Fixed Income, Multi Asset, Institutional, and Retail client portfolios.
Validate and scrub data, ensuring integrity and quality output from multiple financial data sources and systems.

Degree: BCOM, MBA, MCOM, or CA Inter.
Hands-on experience with VBA and SQL queries is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Capital Markets (Securities, Mutual Funds, Forex), with expertise in Excel and working knowledge of Access.
In-office work required minimum 3 days per week; shift timing 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM India time.
Experienced in handling performance calculations and attribution for Equity and Fixed Income with understanding of Derivatives and Capital Markets.
Able to manage end-to-end data validation and reporting independently, demonstrating high attention to detail and automation skills.
Familiarity with Bloomberg, Morningstar, Factset, or Lipper and comfortable producing insight-driven commentary for senior executives.
