Own end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects/programs meeting scope, schedule, quality, and budget targets.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, risks, and KPIs with regular reporting to senior management using PMO tools including SAP and MS Project.
Lead coordination of complex customer and Engineer-To-Order (ETO) projects, ensuring compliance with contractual and quality standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
Minimum 5 years of project/program management experience delivering complex projects in a similar industry/domain.
PMP certification mandatory; Agile SAFe Scrum Master certification is advantageous.
Experience with project management tools (MS Project) and SAP project modules preferred; fluent English required.
Experienced in managing customer-facing, complex projects with strong stakeholder management and governance skills.
Capable of coordinating cross-functional teams and driving alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrates strategic planning and organizational skills focused on business objective attainment in technical project environments.
