Own the development and execution of detailed manual test plans and cases covering functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Identify, document, and track software defects with detailed reproductions, collaborating closely with developers and product stakeholders.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and communicate testing progress and results to stakeholders.
3-10 years of manual software testing experience, with emphasis on functional and integration testing.
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in Agile software development environment.
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
Experienced in hands-on manual testing including unit, system, integration, and functional tests across diverse platforms.
Familiarity with automation tools (Playwright with C# Specflow, Postman for API testing, JMeter) and test case management tools (QTest or similar).
Comfortable working in a hybrid schedule with mandatory onsite presence at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
