Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional and geographical projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to schedule, cost, quality, and scope.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and forecasts while managing risks, issues, scope, and dependencies per Nokia PM standards.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders; track and report project progress, KPIs, and financials; and manage third-party vendors and partners.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of project management experience with proven delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including project planning, execution, and risk/issue management.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years in project management.
Experienced in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams, able to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.
Familiarity with Nokia project management standards and governance related to quality, security, and risk.
Experience or interest in IT, cloud, infrastructure, or network program environments; global project experience and PMP or Agile certification considered advantageous.
