Manage the full lifecycle of environmental quality data within the EarthSoft EQuIS suite, ensuring accuracy, quality, and traceability of datasets.
Apply rigorous QA/QC processes to deliver compliant datasets adhering to regulatory, client, and ERM standards supporting environmental assessments and reporting.
Collaborate with laboratories, field teams, and technical consultants to coordinate data collection, processing, issue resolution, and support high-quality environmental assessments.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (environmental background strongly preferred).
At least 3 years of experience in environmental data management and data quality roles, including hands-on experience with EarthSoft EQuIS modules (EDP, Data Manager/Enterprise, Collect, EDGE).
Strong knowledge of EQuIS schema, data tables, data management best practices, and experience with QA/QC routines (validation, qualifiers, non-detects, duplicates).
Active English communication skills; ability to translate technical findings for project teams; ability to work independently and adapt to deadlines.
Experienced in managing environmental data using EarthSoft EQuIS and applying QA/QC protocols within multidisciplinary teams.
Comfortable working in computer-based, desk-oriented environments coordinating among laboratories, field teams, and consultants.
Familiarity with data integration, reporting tools (Power BI, Excel), and optionally scripting (Python, R) or geospatial tools (ArcGIS/QGIS) to enhance data visualization and automation.
