Support WIM Resiliency Officers by managing and maintaining Enterprise and WIM resiliency plans and requirements ensuring quality and timely updates in the Operational Resiliency System (ORS).
Develop and implement business continuity plans and strategies, complete exercises, audits, and maintenance activities, and facilitate global resiliency activities within assigned business groups.
Collaborate with business and executive leaders, provide guidance to less experienced staff, and monitor metrics and risk indicators to support business execution and risk management.
4 to 5 years of relevant experience in compliance, operational risk management, IT systems security, business process management, or financial services; or a graduate degree in business or related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent via work experience, training, or education.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, especially Excel; familiarity with Business Continuity and Operational Risk principles.
Willingness to work outside normal hours when required; ability to effectively handle incident communications and urgent responses.
Experienced in risk identification and management support within financial services or related regulated environments, particularly in resiliency or business continuity functions.
Capable of managing and improving complex business processes and tools (such as ORS), with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, providing guidance to junior staff and interacting effectively with business stakeholders and senior management.
