Act as Product Owner managing backlog, priorities, and leading Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and reviews.
Support end-to-end delivery activities including testing, UAT, go-live support, reporting, risk tracking, and post-release improvements.
4+ years of Business Systems Data experience or equivalent through work experience, training, or education.
Experience with nCino/Salesforce projects is mandatory, including knowledge of SQL and SOQL.
Work experience requirement: 10+ years in banking, consulting, or financial services with roles as Business Analyst or Product Owner involved in system integrations and platform work.
MBA (Finance preferred) or similar education/experience required.
Experienced in large transformation programs within Risk Management and CRM domains in banking or financial services environments.
Proficient in Agile methodologies and able to manage product backlog and vendor/partner collaboration effectively.
Strong analytical skills with familiarity in data analysis, system source to target mapping, and understanding of lending and banking processes.
