Product Manager, Enterprise Data Products (HR & Legal)

Drive the data and analytics product strategy and roadmap for Corporate Functions (HR and Legal), focusing on workforce planning, talent strategy, compliance, and risk management data products.

Build and productize AI-enabled data products, semantic models, and analytics services that unify HR and Legal data from multiple systems and enhance insight precision and automation.

Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business pain points into high-impact data product solutions and measure success through defined metrics.

5+ years of experience preferred, ideally with exposure to HR and/or Legal data products.

Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or related fields.

Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, semantic/data modeling, APIs, AI/ML concepts, and data governance principles such as lineage, provenance, and auditability.

Knowledge of HR and/or Legal concepts including workforce planning, talent management, compliance, data privacy, and contract lifecycle management is a strong plus.

Experienced in managing data product lifecycles within HR or Legal domains, capable of balancing strategic roadmap development with tactical delivery.

Skilled at building trusted relationships with business stakeholders and translating complex business processes and pain points into actionable data solutions.

Comfortable operating in cross-disciplinary environments involving HR, Legal, IT, Engineering, Data Science, and AI/ML teams with strong communication and alignment capabilities.
