Own the data and analytics product strategy and roadmap for HR and Legal enterprise functions, focusing on workforce planning, talent strategy, compliance, and risk management.
Develop and productize AI-enabled data products including semantic models, dashboards, conversational AI, and compliance reporting to enhance insight, automate reporting, and elevate HR and Legal advisory capabilities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders and technology teams to align product delivery with strategic priorities, market trends, and governance frameworks.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years, preferably with exposure to HR and/or Legal data products.
Bachelor's degree preferred in Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or related field.
Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, semantic/data modeling, APIs, AI/ML concepts, and analytics/intelligence platform delivery experience preferred.
Knowledge of data governance principles (lineage, provenance, auditability, domain data ownership) and HR or Legal domain concepts is a strong plus.
Experienced in managing enterprise data products with strategic ownership over AI-enabled analytics in HR and Legal domains.
Capable of influencing stakeholders across multiple corporate functions and breaking down complex problems to deliver measurable impact such as improved adoption, forecast accuracy, and automation ROI.
Comfortable operating in cross-functional teams involving data science, engineering, AI/ML, and enterprise platform stakeholders to shape product roadmaps aligned with governance and compliance requirements.
