Design, implement, and support Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions for the Copeland instance called SCO (Supply Chain Optimization).
Provide ongoing application support including troubleshooting, enhancements, monitoring, and testing for SCO.
Collaborate with logistics teams and program managers to assist in program rollouts, user onboarding, and maintain system documentation.
0 to 4 years of IT experience including Oracle Transportation Management implementation.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Proficiency in both functional and technical aspects of OTM including configuration, order and shipment management, SQL queries, and working with CSV/XML files.
Working knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite, BI Publisher, OBIEE, ETL, and EDI or Middleware systems is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience working in global, matrixed teams managing complex IT projects involving Oracle Transportation Management.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills combined with logistics management knowledge to support and enhance OTM systems.
Ability to analyze data deeply and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at various organizational levels.
