Plan, design, and execute load and performance tests using LoadRunner for web, API, and enterprise applications to identify bottlenecks and validate scalability.
Collaborate with product, QA, development, and infrastructure teams to define non-functional requirements, realistic workloads, and success criteria for performance.
Analyze performance metrics across application, middleware, and infrastructure layers; document and communicate findings, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance/load testing for web and/or enterprise applications.
Strong experience with LoadRunner (script development, execution, analysis), including correlation and parameterization.
Must be available to work onsite 5 days a week at Whitefield PSN Office, Bangalore, India; Shift timing 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST.
Experienced in collaborating across Agile or Waterfall teams for performance sign-offs and coordinating test environments and data preparation.
Proficient in analyzing complex performance data from multiple sources including logs, APM, and system metrics to identify root causes and recommend remediation.
Skilled in maintaining and improving automation using UFT and Playwright as part of performance testing and promoting performance engineering best practices.
