Design, develop, and operate scalable automation solutions using ServiceNow App-Engine Low Code/No Code development and integrate AI-enabled automation including Machine Learning and Agentic AI.

Strong technical ownership with experience in designing end-to-end automation solutions focused on ServiceNow and AI integration.
Experienced in leading teams and collaborating cross-functionally with business stakeholders and IT to translate requirements into technical automation solutions.
Familiarity with advanced AI technologies (Agentic AI, Gen AI), cloud environments (GCP/Azure/AWS), and knowledge of ITSM/CSM modules and DevOps practices preferred but not mandatory.
