Lead and own end-to-end Finance & Accounting transformation initiatives within Global Business Services, delivering measurable business value via productivity, cost optimization, quality improvement, and digitization.
Manage a portfolio of high-impact transformation programs across various Finance towers (R2R, S2P, SCM, ATR, Commercial Ops, FPnA), ensuring alignment with enterprise finance strategy and business priorities.
Partner with Digital/IT/Automation teams to embed Lean, Six Sigma, and digital-first methods; drive benefits realization, change management, and team capability building around continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.
Minimum 10+ years experience in process transformation or continuous improvement with strong exposure to Finance & Accounting processes.
Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs within a GBS or Shared Services environment.
Experienced leader capable of managing complex, cross-regional F&A transformation programs with measurable impact on cost, productivity, and quality.
Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to align multi-functional teams and present to senior leadership forums.
Comfortable operating in a digital transformation environment integrating RPA, AI/ML, and analytics with process standardization and continuous improvement frameworks.
