Coordinate planning, scheduling, and mobilisation of multi-discipline UK survey campaigns ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with landowner permissions.
Manage master survey trackers, resource plans, and access matrices to provide clear progress updates, identify blockers, and forecast completion across projects.
Ensure compliance with UK H&S, CDM, and quality standards including competency checks, risk assessments, permits, and post-survey close-outs.
3+ years experience coordinating multi-discipline survey, fieldwork, or site logistics programmes, preferably on UK infrastructure, energy, utilities, environmental, or development projects.
Working knowledge of UK health, safety, and compliance frameworks relevant to fieldwork (e.g., CDM).
Strong Microsoft 365 skills including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint for managing trackers and dashboards.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in survey coordination related roles in relevant sectors.
Experienced in managing complex, multi-disciplinary survey programmes across UK capital projects with demonstrated ability to handle access, resources, and stakeholder communication effectively.
Competent in using GIS platforms to interpret land plans, access routes, and constraint maps relevant to survey coordination.
Familiarity with consultancy resource management or forecasting tools (e.g., Workday) and with processes for DCO, TWAO, planning, or ESIA-driven survey programmes is a plus.
