Lead and support automation initiatives including opportunity identification, source data integration, AI integration, and automated control implementation within cybersecurity and technology risk frameworks.

Proven experience with IRM solutions like Archer and advanced Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with programming/scripting (VBA, Python, PowerShell) and automation tools (Alteryx, Blue Prism) is a plus.
Experienced leader capable of managing complex control transformation and automation projects in financial services technology risk environments.
Strong technical background with hands-on knowledge of risk frameworks, control automation, and integration of AI and enterprise technologies.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with risk & control stakeholders, technology teams, and senior management to drive control effectiveness and compliance.
